After an applicant has paid the required fees and submitted the official form for Registration, and wishes to withdraw from the programme or course of study, money will be accounted for as follows:

No refunds are made for absence from classes or withdrawal from a course after the first week following the start of the course.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition fees are only deemed refundable up to one week after school commences ONLY if paid in full. However, in the event that a refund should be collected by anyone other than the student, the original receipt along with a letter from said student stamped and signed by a J.P should be presented.
The amount to be refunded will be calculated on tuition fees only according to the schedule set out in this policy. In the event payments are made and the course is cancelled by the institution, then the full payment less the registration fees and bank charges will be refunded to students.
Fees are paid to the account of the Ocho Rios College at any N.C.B island wide, Account # 581057709.
For students utilizing the in-house financing plan, (i.e. student’s fees are paid in installments) a fixed late payment charge of 15 % is applied whenever students have exceeded their due date.
No student is allowed to sit examinations or obtain certificates, diplomas or transcripts, recommendation and reports until all accounts are settled in full.
Examination re-sit fees are 20% of the tuition fee.
Re-sitting of tests is $500 one week after failure. (Re-sit only done on FRIDAYS)
External Examination (C.X.C, NCTVET, and A.M.T) fees are determined by the various assessment bodies and are not within the control of this institution. Therefore, these fees are paid separately at the time of the scheduled exam dates.
